Two Red Tugs

This story was inspired by the work of two much-loved red tugs, 'Toia' and 'Kupe', of the Port of Wellington, New Zealand. In 1981 they did tow a stricken freighter on one line, But because the of the week-long salvage operation had to be simplifies to make an understandable story, the names of all the vessels have been changed.
