Accounting in Melanesia

Accounting in Melanesia is a basic accounting text. It assumes no prior knowledge and begins by taking students through the accounting equation and double entry system for a sole trader. It then moves on to deal with the various other forms of entities - partnerships, companies, business groups (PNG), co-operatives (Fiji), clubs and societies. The book ends with a chapter on analysing accounts.

This book is written in simple language and contains answers (or the key figure) to each problem in the book. As well as being a most useful teaching tool, it will be invaluable to students studying on their own.
