Corporations – ASIC and Related Legislation 2025

Corporations – ASIC and Related Legislation is a complementary work to Corporations Legislation. It contains the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) and Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001 (Cth) applying in superior courts and brings together the various Court Rules that govern proceedings under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The work also includes related legislation and materials to assist practitioners and fully consolidates the legislation including the amendments to 1 January 2025, including:

•             Corporations (Fees) Act 2001;

•             Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2001;

•             Cross-Border Insolvency Act 2008 (Cth); and

•             Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2008 (Cth).

A subject index is also included to help identify provisions within or across jurisdictions.
