Klaas Bootsma was head teacher of mathematics at Ambarvale High School in Campbelltown and has taught at Lurnea and Grantham high schools. He was a senior HSC marker and has worked on the HSC Advice Line. Klaas also co-wrote New Century Maths 11–12 Mathematics Standard 2.
Margaret Willard has taught at numerous TAFE colleges and high schools for 35 years, as well as with OTEN (Open Training and Education Network). Margaret has extensive experience writing and reviewing units of work. She has also served on the executive of MANSW and managed its post-secondary programs.
Sarah Hamper is the Head Teacher Mathematics at Cheltenham Girls High School and has taught for over 20 years, mostly at Abbotsleigh School, Wahroonga. Sarah co-wrote New Century Maths 11-12 Mathematics Standard 2 and New Century Maths 9-10 and 9-10 Advanced.
Robert Yen taught at Hurlstone Agricultural High School. He co-wrote New Century Maths 11–12 Mathematics Standard 2, co-edited Reflections, the MANSW journal, and now works for Cengage as the mathematics publisher.
Tania Eastcott teaches at St Mary’s Catholic College, Gateshead, Newcastle and has taught at Barker College, Hornsby. She has been involved in HSC marking, judging and exam development, and run workshops for the HSC Mathematics General course. Tania has written for New Century Maths 11-12 General Mathematics and Maths in Focus 11-12 Mathematics Advanced and Extension 1.
Rachel Eastcott teaches at Lisarow High School on the Central Coast.
Adrian Kruse is Head of Mathematics at Macarthur Anglican School, Cobbity and has taught for over 20 years. He has been involved in HSC marking. Adrian is a course specialist for HSC Mathematics Standard 2, creating video tutorials and print content for Edrolo and presenting HSC workshops for The School For Excellence (TSFX).
