Social Science Outcomes Grade 8 Teacher's Resource

Social Science Outcomes Grade 8 Teacher's Resource is designed to be used with, and to support, Social Science Outcomes Grade 8 Student's Book.  Written for the outcomes-based syllabus, these books will help teachers to provide their students with a course that captures both the spirit and the practicalities of the syllabus.

The four strands of Environment and Resource, Organisation, Culture and Integrating Projects are covered in these books.  Each unit in the Teacher's Resource opens with the specific learning outcomes and indicators for that unit.  The Teacher's Resources provides detailed information and suggestions in relation to each activity, as well as valuable background knowledge, suggested answers and teaching tips to help teachers in their classroom activities and with their planning.  This book helps teachers to adapt and manipulate the materials so that learning takes place in a context appropriate for their particular student group and school situation.

This Teacher's Resource will support and guide teachers as they help their students to discover the amazing world they live in, learn to care for their environment, become responsible members of their community, and grow up to be good citizens of PNG who are proud of their culture.
