Back to Basics - Year 5 NAPLAN*-style Language conventions

T he Back to Basics NAPLAN*-style series provides children with w ith the opportunity to practise NAPLAN-style questions in readiness for the Year 5 NAPLAN Language Conventions test.

The books have be en written to review and practise the key spelling, grammar and punctuat ion skills required to approach the test confidently and successfully. E ach book includes:

• A pre-test, to help pin-point any area s of weakness
• Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation sections, eac h with 8 units and 2 mini tests
• An 8 page pull-out NAPLAN*-st yle test for timed practice.

The u nits all include explanations of each new concept with examples and prac tice opportunities before children are asked to answer the questions.
